We raise capital from investors, then use those dollars to build housing we lease and or sell and then deliver returns to investors while giving hard
working Americans a nice place to live at an affordable rate. We focus on covered land plays, which are cash-flowing on day one. We buy these assets and build additional units on unused space on the property.

Founder Bio
In 2019, I left the military with $0, no experience, no education, no connection, nothing. I worked for free as a handyman for a real estate developer in San Diego to learn about real estate. Today, I have $20M assets under management and I am completely financially free from real estate. My name is Adit Shah, I am a real estate developer, world traveler and freedom junkie. I took a desire to never have to answer to someone again and turned it into a vehicle that has freed me financially and built generational wealth for my family. I have a wide variety of experience, from raising nearly $10M in private equity to new construction multifamily, out-of-state flips, in state flips, househacking to value-add hotels. Project sizes have ranged from $100k to $5M. Today, the bulk of my work is centered around infill development of affordable housing in San Diego County.
